On Friday Morning I got a call back from one of the professionals telling me the school lies within a restriction zone from the Airport. To fly a drone there requires a general license and a permit from the airport. This guy was going to get his license so he was not able to help out here.
So I made plans for doing something different.
On Friday evening Alex from SkyzoneNZ wrote me an email, they are keen on doing it. I told him everything he needed to know and he took over from there to get the permission for one day.
Tuesday evening a text message from Alex confirmed they got the permission and they will be on site at 1:30 on the 31st of August. How exciting. I contacted John and Luana, asking for the permission for this and they were fine.
On the day we had the best weather you can imagine, no wind, no clouds, ideal for our video shooting.
Our whole team and the entire school was excited now and when Alex and the team from SkyzoneNZ arrived, everyone was on the school grounds.
The result is an awesome video of your school.
Thanks a lot to:
Alex from SkyzoneNZ and his team for making this idea real.
John and Luana for allowing to make this video
All teachers for getting engaged and show an active school
All children for playing, being active and so enthusiastic about it.

You all can be proud of the achievement.
Thanks
